Vancouver 2010 Cultural Olympiad
- Conceptualization and implementation of the Vancouver 2010 Cultural Olympiad, a three-year series of multidisciplinary festivals of arts and popular culture for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games
- Delivered Cultural Olympiad 2010 to rave reviews – an Olympic and Paralympic arts festival of unprecedented scope and scale, attracting over 5.8 million attendees to 1031 performances and 48 exhibitions by national and international artists across the full spectrum of performing, visual, film, video, new media and literary arts in 60 venues/sites over 60 days
Vancouver International Jazz Festival (Coastal Jazz & Blues Society)
- Executive Directors and leaders of groundbreaking nonprofit organization
- Architects of the organization’s growth and development into a major international producer of cultural events and one of Canada’s largest music presenters
- Conceptualization and implementation of the internationally acclaimed VIJF, attracting 500,000 attendees annually to 400 performances by 1800 artists in 40 indoor and outdoor venues
- Led development and implementation of other major programs and events including an extensive annual Concert Season, Time Flies Improvised Music Festival, Burnaby Blues & Roots Festival, and Winterruption multidisciplinary winter arts and cultural festival
Vancouver 125
- Developing, programming and producing major civic celebrations for the City of Vancouver’s 125th anniversary
- Birthday Live, April 6, 2011, attracted over 15,000 people to an all day program of arts, cultural and sport events at Jack Poole Plaza (Vancouver’s Olympic plaza)
- Summer Live, July 8 – 10, 2011, attracted over 100,000 people to a three-day festival of music, arts, sport and food in Vancouver’s famous Stanley Park; featuring over 180 performances and events appealing to all ages, cultural backgrounds and socio-economic segments of Vancouver’s diverse citizenry

- Comprehensive review of the performing arts program plan for the new Aga Khan Museum in Toronto, providing key strategic and business planning recommendations
Vancouver Concert Hall & Theatre Society
- Extensive market demand analysis and programming plan for a new multi-purpose performing arts theatre in Vancouver
Vancouver International Dance Festival
- Comprehensive organizational review and strategic planning report for Kokoro Dance Theatre Society and the Vancouver International Dance Festival
